This company is exactly the kind of company you don’t even need to bother showing up to interview with.
Why? Just search the boss’s name online and you’ll find incidents involving violations of the Labor Standards Act—and there’s more than one!
Also, the boss really loves changing things. A single item can be revised at least 30 times. When discussing matters with you, the boss will also send other colleagues away and tell you not to ask them—just ask the boss.
If you don’t cooperate with working overtime, the boss will say that working hours are only 7.5 hours, and that even if you can’t finish something, you still have to finish it, since there are only 7.5 working hours, blah blah blah.
If you really apply for a job there, congratulations—you’ll have to spend time looking for a new job again.
