If you cooperate with the company’s overtime requirements, your salary is generally enough to support a family.
1. The procurement process is cumbersome, and there are many miscellaneous tasks.
The salary is only in the low 20,000s, making life too difficult.
2. The workplace’s 6S management is a complete mess. Items are not arranged neatly, and the restroom has a strong odor.
3. Engineering prototyping is not cost-conscious; quantities are generally in the hundreds.
Samples all require overtime, including prototyping on Saturdays.
The number of prototypes is no less than the production quantity.
4. The company’s occupational safety personnel are unfamiliar with machine safety, and are also unprofessional regarding environmental safety. The cabinets are not secured either.
5. The production unit starts work at 7:20. Overtime is required every day.
If you do not follow supervisors’ instructions during overtime, you will receive sarcastic remarks.
6. The company’s production-process DMR is a complete mess.
The paper sample records are incomprehensible, like garbage.
