There are light snacks during the interview, and the introduction was very well done, making it feel like a good company at first.
I applied for a part-time position. During the interview, I was already wondering why there were so many rules that seemed to circumvent the Labor Standards Act (such as requiring applicants to arrive ten minutes early), and why I also had to prepare a bunch of things, such as a certificate of good conduct. After I was hired, they even arbitrarily changed my preferences. I originally wanted the Nangang and Xinyi stores, but they said, “Your schedule is difficult to coordinate.” What happened to the promised flexible scheduling? It completely disappeared. In the end, they wanted to transfer me to the Miramar location, where it would be very difficult for me to coordinate my schedule. Moreover, the manager there had a terrible personality and seemed determined to make things difficult for me before I even started. In the end, I chose not to take the job. This place really doesn’t seem worth it.
