2021/08/27 Interview
During the interview, I personally felt that the salary and benefits system was explained in considerable detail, and the salary structure was also reasonable (in line with the market rate).
As for whether you think it is suitable or offers good value for money, opinions may vary.
Overall, the interview process was quite pleasant, and the details were not glossed over. The salary is in line with the market rate. If you are used to working in logistics, it may be worth giving the interview a try.
I did the math, and experienced workers can indeed earn a monthly income of NT$50,000, although the compensation does require a corresponding amount of effort.
It really is a job where your pay depends on your abilities.
It may not offer as much freedom as Panda or Uber Eats, but you also will not have no orders or see your pay decrease~
