1. The system is extremely terrible. No matter how much it is improved, it is always the same. We often do useless work, and the system frequently crashes halfway through, which is extremely frustrating!

2. The boss's emotional management is extremely poor—so poor that it's practically at a pro level. It really deserves to be praised, haha!!!

At any time and anywhere, they curse your ancestors going back eighteen generations, angrily roar and slam the desk—there are all kinds of noises, and you can hear them almost every day!

3. Discussing matters always takes more than two hours. The boss blames employees for their own wrong decisions; no matter what goes wrong, it is always the employees' fault.

What is supposedly a discussion consists entirely of the boss talking. Employees cannot get a word in. Is this supposed to be discussing a problem???

Spending so much time discussing problems ultimately results in nothing but a bunch of nonsense, with no substantive solution at all. If you are discussing a "system" problem, you should be mentally prepared to sit across from the boss and listen to them lecture you on how to write programs, how to test systems, and how long it took them to write the system back then... blah blah blah—it's all self-congratulatory talk!

4. When you want to seek a better job and submit your resignation, you will be mocked with comments like, "When you couldn't find a job back then, the company happened to see you and hired you, giving you a job so you wouldn't have to bear the financial burden of still being unemployed." This is simply moral coercion!!

After mocking you, they will then say that as long as you find a better job, the company is very willing to let you leave. What kind of nonsense is that??? Is this the concept of slapping you in the face first and then patting you on the head??
