The first-round interviewer was quite nice (but if I clearly didn't meet the qualifications, why was I allowed to proceed to the second round?!)

But the second-round interviewer was basically there to put you down, criticizing you for not being ready to contribute immediately and complaining about colleagues claiming overtime pay and taking parental leave (aren't these basic rights?) They also asked about your zodiac sign, relationship status, and so on...
