HR Ms. Xia Lin scheduled a video interview for around 10:00 a.m. and said she would provide the meeting link at 9:50. However, I had to message her proactively at 10:03, after which she asked me to wait. The two managers also joined the interview very slowly. In particular, the interview attitude of Ms. W, the Brand Director, was extremely poor. She showed no interest in hearing about my work experience and asked questions in a highly skeptical tone.
