1. Wages are sometimes not paid on time. For example, they say payday is the 10th, but sometimes delay it until around the 15th.
2. The boss’s wife has a very poor attitude, as if everyone owes her a lot of money.
3. An old procurement employee (who shares an office with the boss’s wife) is very unfriendly.
4. There is no comprehensive training system. New hires are simply given a pile of things and have no idea how to get started.
5. What the boss says today is different from what he says tomorrow; he just says whatever comes to mind.
6. The boss and his wife often disagree, making it difficult for employees to navigate the situation.
7. The company has no system, so it is very difficult to find information.
