I really can't think of any.
Salary:
Only two-thirds of the salary is paid each month; the remaining one-third is folded into the quarterly bonus. To receive the full salary normally, you still have to apply to the company. When I had just graduated, I thought this system was strange, but HR said it was like this everywhere and that I simply didn't understand. When a scheduled payday on the 5th falls around a public holiday, payment will be delayed; I have experienced it being paid on the 10th.
Promotion:
You might have a chance after 10 years. There are many long-serving employees and a large number of insiders and well-connected people.
Overtime:
Because the salary structure is unusual, overtime pay is also very little. In addition, overtime often cannot be reported at all. If you simply want to gain experience, it may be worth considering.
Raises:
The company can take advantage of employees in every way, so getting a raise is extremely difficult.
Employee trips:
There are both domestic and overseas trips, but the subsidy is calculated based on seniority: an additional NT$1,000 for each extra year. New employees basically just tag along as companions.
