Pros
The only advantage is that as long as your age meets the requirements, you’ll probably be hired.
Cons
A family business with an authoritarian culture, poor personnel management, and a poor work environment. There is no room for learning or growth, and the only way to get a raise is to wait for the minimum wage to increase.
