The base salary is fairly reasonable.
There are customers to serve every day.
If you’re looking for a job with a stable income, this could be a place to consider.
The beauty therapists are pitifully overworked—overtime, overtime, overtime.
The supervisor, on the other hand, can leave after completing eight hours.
The supervisor’s work mainly consists of handling sales performance and communicating company announcements.
The aromatherapists, however, have to do everything:
(serving customers, helping customers soak their feet, managing the accounts, managing inventory, cleaning the environment, replenishing towels, and staying after work to take out the rubbish—these are just the basics.)
Everything gets dumped on the aromatherapists.
When you joined the company, no one mentioned that meal times were restricted,
or specified when you were allowed to eat.
After standing and working all afternoon, even if you eat your meal standing up, you’ll still be nagged to hurry back to work.
It’s completely normal to serve four or five customers in a row.
The supervisor doesn’t care whether you live or die.
The management system is unclear, and supervisors easily misuse their authority or act out of personal spite. Even announcements are communicated unclearly.
It’s honestly quite absurd; aromatherapists often have to go and ask questions themselves.
New employees shouldn’t expect to come here to learn technical skills.
If the company is short-staffed after just two weeks, you’ll be sent to serve customers.
The evaluation criteria are also unclear.
If you want to learn anything, you can only do so when a customer cancels.
