The base salary is 24,000. The perfect-attendance bonus of 1,000 is only available if you do not take any days off, including regular days off.

The commission is also calculated after tax; even after meeting the target, you can only earn a percentage of the pre-tax amount, and the percentage is extremely low.

The interview said the average salary was 28–30k, but in reality it is only 24–25k.
