I can't think of any advantages.
After interviewing for the assistant designer position, I understood why it has been a perennial opening. Here are the main points:
1. The senior manager conducting the interview told me that after joining, there would be a three-month probationary period at the factory site. During this period, whether you would be retained would be assessed based on your work attitude.
2. The work is very miscellaneous, mainly supporting the woodworking experience services; only secondarily ''possibly'' involving the duties of your own position.
3. The factory site is extremely far from the city, and the pay is low. Your finishing time will be adjusted according to the site's operating conditions, so please be prepared to work overtime at any time.
4. Recently, the company's products have not been selling well. The woodworking courses sell relatively better, so the main focus is on the woodworking courses.
5. The company's products do not have a clear overall direction; it is still trying to determine what style and target demographic to develop for.
In addition, the interviewer was somewhat arrogant and also let slip that employees have often left in the past. They hope to find someone who identifies with the company as a ''family.'' If you want to join, be mentally prepared.
