The way employees interact with one another is very good. The work itself is fairly easy for me, and I can learn a lot of new things... I’m very satisfied with the job.
The top supervisor really needs to take an emotional management course... They get angry easily, and there are more than three meetings a week. The content is constantly repeated over and over, but they never remember it. Their favorite phrase is, “Who allowed this?” Once an employee talks back, they are immediately blacklisted... The established processes are stable, but they simply like to change things. Once a change doesn’t turn out as well as expected, they overturn the decision they originally made themselves.... Leaving the company was absolutely not because of the work itself, nor because of problems among the employees; it was purely because the top supervisor did not believe in or trust the employees... It’s not physical exhaustion—it’s emotional exhaustion. Everyone says the supervisor provides good leadership, while any mistakes are blamed on employees for not following the rules... Oh, right... They also often ask employees to pay expenses upfront. If you don’t have cash on you, you have to use your card... and you may not even get reimbursed all at once... It takes a really~~ long time...
I feel that with a different leader, there would be a completely different outlook...
