Ruichuan is a company with a long history. It transformed from a traditional small workshop into a factory, and from 1993 to 2017 it transitioned under the Zhenhua Electronics Group. When interviewing with a company, you need to do your homework and understand the company for which you may use your own time and energy in exchange for a salary in the future…
I still remember that one day during my period of unemployment in 2012, I received an interview invitation from Ruichuan. I took the written test that same day, followed by interviews with two or three supervisors. Naturally, we discussed my understanding of the company’s products. I believe anyone can only respond to the best of their limited ability. Work is something you can choose, and the company can also choose you; this is an unchanging rule that applies everywhere. After the interview, I was told that the result of that day’s interview would be used to evaluate whether there would be a second interview. Of course, I then waited for notification while also looking for interview opportunities with other companies.
There was some discussion about opportunities for promotion and salary increases. I still remember one supervisor mentioning that you need to have “battle achievements.” Of course, wherever you are, earning recognition means accomplishing something… This is the same everywhere.
Before entering a company, of course you should try to understand and adapt to its culture. You should ask yourself what you can do for the company, rather than what the company should do for you.
You should spend more time learning about any company you plan to interview with, because the company is also investing time and manpower to determine whether you can meet its requirements. Of course, I am not saying that people who are hired will necessarily stay until retirement. Life rarely goes according to plan, and there is no perfect state in which everything always goes smoothly. Let’s encourage one another.
