全鋒汽車股份有限公司
Pros

The company’s colleagues are generally quite friendly, and they are willing to answer your questions openly. When you really need help, they usually manage to achieve a lot with very little effort.

The restrooms are cleaned by cleaning staff, and toilet paper is provided.

Cons

1. The equipment is usable but old, and the computers are very slow. Everything has to be requested through the system.

2. Rank matters a lot. Everyone is friendlier toward people at minister-level positions and above. When addressing someone with an official rank at the company, be sure to use their rank title.

3. The turnover rate in the Strategic Marketing Department is very high—people usually stay around 3–10 months.

4. It is a traditional family business: the chairman is the owner, the general manager is the owner’s wife, and the son manages the main business operations.

5. They keep talking about innovation, but in reality it is a traditional industry wrapped in an innovative exterior. Business development relies on manpower, and all the data is held by individuals.

6. The company has created several platforms, but their traffic is extremely low and they are no longer being optimized. There is no data when data is needed, and they fundamentally do not understand what SEO is.

7. There is a probationary period, and you must undergo an evaluation every month. However, if they are unhappy with you, they may simply tell you not to come in the next day, give you two hours to pack up your belongings, and tell you to leave. If you ask exactly what you did wrong, they cannot give a reason. HR will tell you that everything complies with the Labor Standards Act and that you will receive severance pay.

8. The company’s revenue comes from fuel cards. Maintaining old customers means being told that there is no money and that you need to transfer funds. In this business unit, you must constantly bring in new customers; the position is perpetually understaffed.

9. There are many long-serving employees, with lots of people who have worked there for over a decade. Young people are exceptionally rare, so be careful with what you say and do.
