Pros
The only advantage is that the chairwoman is bad enough and does not hide it at all.
Cons
The chairwoman is unprofessional and thinks she understands everything. She likes criticizing others but never looks in the mirror herself. She cannot retain talent; perhaps business would be better if she opened a bar.
I advise people considering an interview not to go and become expendable. The chairwoman’s boss probably isn’t anyone important either.
