The interview took place in the break room. First, I had to take a computer-based test. I was given an A4 sheet with two tests; each was described in one sentence, covering subjects A and B. The bonus question involved programming and was unrelated to design. The computer was a Mac Pro, but the files were so large that they still took some time to run on it. The test lasted approximately 25 minutes, but the questions were relatively difficult—not just simple PSD files. The test was intended to assess familiarity with the software, and candidates who could not complete the questions would basically be eliminated immediately. During the subsequent conversation with the interviewer, he directly said that he was not in good shape that day, so the interview ended after a brief conversation. It felt like the testing portion lasted longer than the final interview.
