There are really no advantages at all
There are really a lot of drawbacks.
As it happens, I have friends in the area who previously worked at your company, and they all left about a year ago. The following is a consolidated list, to prevent future job seekers from mistakenly falling into a job-hunting trap:
1. The company does not enroll employees in labor and health insurance on their first day of employment.
2. Regardless of the position, a certain person in charge and the person who handles the money will find ways to make things difficult for you.
3. Never sign any of the company's forms or rules. When you submit your resignation, they will look for losses related to your duties and demand compensation, with the intention of ensuring that you do not receive your salary as punishment.
4. You must not confront the aforementioned people directly. They will secretly record conversations in their office. After you resign in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, you will basically be unable to receive your salary. If you need to collect your salary, you may receive a check from the company, followed by a certified letter claiming that you caused the company losses through negligence in performing your duties and demanding compensation. In more serious cases, they will make sure you suffer the consequences. The company has lawyers backing it (meaning the company has enough money to ruin you).
5. There is no one to hand over your work to. Even if someone teaches you, they will do so only once; after that, if you make a mistake, you will only be scolded. You cannot ask questions even when you do not understand (they simply do not care what happens to you).
6. During the interview, they make the company sound wonderful and talk about its advantages, etc. Once you are hired and start working, a nightmare is about to begin (they trick you into coming to work and then gradually make things difficult for you). I do not understand that mindset either.
7. The person who handles the money is the person in charge's trusted aide, and they work together to target newcomers (they are very good at putting on an act).
8. Even if you have already been hired and are working here, if you encounter a similar situation and want to resign, please calmly find an appropriate reason for resigning (for example: your parents are undergoing surgery, etc.).
9. A former colleague happens to work for another company on the same floor. They observed that new people are interviewing here every few days, but after only a few days they are no longer seen. This shows that the turnover rate is very high. Is it a problem with the company, or with the people? You will have to judge for yourself.
10. Before applying for a job, please search online for reviews of the company.
(Do some research before going to the interview as well; it might turn out to be an absolutely terrible company.) Avoid wasting your youth and your life working for companies with no vision and no conscience.
