The interview building has security guards, and access cards are required for the floors, making it relatively safe.
The interviewer was very rushed and did not really get to know the job candidate, showing little interest in the candidate’s past experience. The entire interview lasted less than 10 minutes. The interviewer only mentioned that the probationary-period base salary would be 24,000, plus perfect-attendance pay and similar allowances, bringing it to around 26,000. After the probationary period, the salary may be adjusted and could exceed the expected salary depending on performance. Overall, as a small company, it may lack sufficient training. They mentioned that the pressure would involve producing copywriting on short notice.
