The interview building has security guards, and access cards are required for the floors, making it relatively safe.
The interviewer was very rushed and did not seem to know much about the candidate or care about the candidate’s past experience. The entire interview lasted less than 10 minutes. The interviewer only mentioned that the base salary during the probationary period would be 24,000, or around 26,000 including perfect-attendance bonuses and the like. After the probationary period, the salary may be adjusted to more than the expected salary depending on performance. As a small company, it may generally lack training. They mentioned that the pressure would come from producing copywriting on short notice.
