During the interview, the boss paints a wonderful picture for you, making you buy into everything about the company.
After joining, the only time you leave work on time is on your first day. All other times, you work overtime without overtime pay.
The actual work content often has to be carried out based on a whim of the boss. For example, cleaning the environment often wastes employees’ regular working hours. Even if the work cannot be finished, you still have to complete it before leaving work, also without overtime pay.
The supervisors scheme against each other and are extremely manipulative!
