Before the pandemic, management was generous, occasionally providing food and drinks.

The people who actually have a harder time are those on the front lines running events, organizing concerts, and handling various marketing plans. The back-office departments actually keep regular hours, and most of the time there is basically nothing to do (it was already like this before the pandemic). Also, someone mentioned that the company has a coffee machine with free coffee. First of all, this company's environment is extremely dirty, with a great many cockroaches. Once, I opened the coffee machine and found many cockroaches crawling out of it, which made me wonder whether the coffee I had drunk before had all come with extra ingredients..... I also heard of a colleague who left coffee on their desk for several hours and, upon returning, ended up drinking a cockroach.... If you are a germaphobe or afraid of cockroaches, absolutely do not go there, because cockroaches also crawl around near your seat. My job at the time was basically to keep swatting cockroaches on my desk all day ^^
