I was an intern at this company.

The boss is a self-important, extremely ignorant person who pretends to know everything, loves to brag, and is also highly emotional.

There is no SOP for training interns, and excuses are made. The boss often tells employees, “I’m the boss, what I say goes. I’ll take responsibility if anything happens.” (Smart people will understand.)

For example, the boss would ask employees to operate a forklift even though they did not have forklift licenses.

When there was a computer problem and employees reported it, the boss would get angry and yell at them.
