The colleagues are easy to get along with; that is the only advantage.

1. Salaries are set at the minimum ratio required by the Labor Standards Act, with the full salary including position allowances and perfect-attendance bonuses.

2. Overtime pay is also calculated at the minimum rate.

3. You have to find your own break time; there is no proper rotation or standardized arrangement. Even during the lunch break, you are often called to work (as a regular practice).

4. Senior management meetings have no rules, procedures, or systems whatsoever. Decisions are made arbitrarily, questions are handled by deflecting responsibility whenever possible, and frontline employees who participate in meetings have a 200% obligation to obey. Ideas and suggestions may be implemented once out of ten times—maybe! Don’t expect too much!

5. (1) The environment is extremely unclean. Foreign workers’ poor habits are subject to no management system, and the space is managed improperly: 200 ping are used as if they were 300 ping, with no concern for whether this is feasible. Frontline employees can only carry out these decisions with great difficulty. The walkways are narrow, seriously violating fire regulations and endangering employee safety! Items are only moved around before safety inspections, wasting labor and time!

(2) Personnel are improperly assigned to handle large, heavy materials and equipment. Shortcuts are always taken, with large numbers of workers used to move everything, disregarding labor safety! Senior management gives instructions to complete Plan 1, then changes it to Plan 2 simply because they dislike or are dissatisfied with the result. They act arbitrarily and have no regard for employees’ hard work. There have already been multiple occupational safety accidents. This is an arbitrary, spoiled-boss management style!

6. There are absolutely no benefits! Benefits are canceled without reason!

Summary:

The benefits are poor, and there is no promotion system whatsoever. You could say there are no advantages. If you are considering joining this family-run company, please think very carefully!
