A Taiwanese local brand with strong products; I believe the company won't go under for at least the next 5–10 years.

- Employees will leave within a year; the turnover rate is extremely high.

- Work is extremely inefficient; you have to queue up after work to wait for meetings.

- Meetings are unable to make any decisions.

- Because meetings can't make any decisions, more meetings are held.

- The supervisor's opinions are obviously terrible, but what she says goes.

Seeing other people's comments, I can only feel lucky that I left early. The company's SOPs have been chaotic for more than just a day or two; new employees can immediately sense it. Even though everyone is experienced and capable, they are forced to stay frantically busy and end up producing nothing. There is one extremely obvious problem right there: the person with decision-making authority spends every meeting talking only about her past achievements, repeatedly discussing the same things while also forgetting what she has said. Yet every department's decisions have to go through her.

I don't know what the boss is thinking. Does he really know the company's situation? Or does he secretly believe that young people are all useless "strawberries" who can't be helped? Seeing the deliberately whitewashed comments above, I couldn't help coming here to reiterate the facts. Those who haven't joined yet, don't be surprised—the negative reviews are all true.
