Senior management members fight among themselves; whenever a decision needs to be made, they just pass the buck and are unwilling to take responsibility.
The manager of the department I worked in lacked the ability to lead or solve problems. They only knew how to flatter senior management and endlessly convene meaningless team meetings. They also frequently gave incorrect instructions, causing team members to redo work repeatedly; even working overtime, we still could not finish everything.
The work processes were chaotic, and the data was inconsistent and scattered. The systems were outdated and complicated, with no designated person to consult. All of this consumed a great deal of processing time, resulting in low work efficiency.
The company set restrictions on clocking in and out: clocking in before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. was prohibited, in order to evade inspections by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. They were unwilling to pay overtime, had no salary adjustment system or promotion channels, and would maliciously lay off employees without showing any consideration.
The department has an extremely high turnover rate. I do not recommend working there.
