The interview directly determines how much you are worth, outright denying that the interviewee’s work experience has any value, and also judging people based on their age.
The director is unprofessional, and the company has little sense of cohesion. Anyone planning to interview there, please think three times.
The interview process is just about showing off how great the company’s work is while making the interviewee’s experience sound terrible. The company’s employees’ salaries are also only at the level of a little over 30,000.
