You can stay in R&D.
As for non-R&D... run away fast.
The salary is average.
The coworkers are pretty nice; most of them are women.
The year-end bonus is practically nonexistent.
There are too many miscellaneous tasks, and the personnel allocation is terrible.
Whenever the boss gives the order, everyone has to stop what they are doing.
No matter how busy or exhausted you are, you have to come over.
There are two offices, and information flow is extremely poor. A often has no idea what B is doing, and B does not know what A is busy with.
The attitude toward production operators is unbelievably poor, as if they were enemies.
The production-control boss is extremely fierce, especially toward his subordinates. He berates them so loudly that no one in the entire company can fail to hear it.
They really like shifting blame. A lot of things are very murky, so be careful after joining and do not touch things carelessly or ask questions indiscriminately.
Just do what you are supposed to do.
The lighting and atmosphere in R&D are good, and people helping one another is pretty decent.
However, there is still a problem with shifting blame.
For those who want to join:
Take care of yourself.
