Basically, there are no standard procedures, systems, or documentation. There is no project management or information integration system; information is exchanged through instant-messaging groups or by phone. Many meetings are held every month and every week. Topics are only raised and discussed during meetings, and there may not necessarily be conclusions or meeting minutes. Everyone’s offices are within walking distance, but most people prefer to discuss matters only in front of their superiors, letting them listen and make the decisions. Meetings last at least two hours.

The company purchases fragrances from other manufacturers and then adjusts the formulas, and designs, manufactures, or purchases the containers. If you think this is a fragrance company, think carefully.
