I honestly can't think of any. The free snacks are grabbed up within half an hour. The coworkers are a mixed bag, so it's hard to compare. There's free coffee… but the milk often runs out quickly. The restrooms are pretty clean, though—that counts as a plus, I guess!
There are plenty of things that could be improved!
1. Constantly changing decisions and policies is just business as usual, and nothing ever changes.
2. When something goes wrong with work that managers didn't have time to review, subordinates are made to take the blame (Where are the guts?!).
3. Some departments act like they're worth 2.58 million, as if everyone owes them a lot of money.
4. They love passing the buck, yet they still dare to call it teamwork! (Disgusting.)
5. A bunch of people are waiting to be laid off. Don't hold on—you may be forced out first.
If this is how a large company operates, I wish I had known before joining.
