When I arrived for the interview, the receptionist was very friendly. I observed their interactions for a while; everyone was very polite, and they addressed one another as senior or junior colleagues. I think this is a form of respectful language. During the interview, the interviewer was polite and friendly in both their behavior and manner of speaking.
Although, in addition to professional matters, they also asked about my family circumstances, I don’t consider this a significant issue. As long as you have nothing to hide and are open and honest, everything is okay.
There was a lot of information to fill out during the interview. I hope the form can be simplified somewhat.
