Although this company does not have many employees and can be considered a relatively simple working environment, and the owner is actually quite nice, they unfortunately hired an unprofessional marketing manager who does not know how to lead people. She manages and “evaluates” employees using outdated methods. As long as someone does not meet her expectations, instead of communicating and coordinating with subordinates like most managers would, she talks about all your faults behind your back and has the company open a job posting to replace you! Whenever performance is poor, she shifts the problem onto other employees, making subordinates in marketing order employees in other roles (customer service, design, and warehouse management) around. They also set the schedules themselves, while everyone else is only allowed to follow them, showing absolutely no respect for others!

If you are someone who makes private plans after work, I also advise you not to casually join this company. The manager thinks that everyone working overtime is only natural. There is of course no problem with leaving work on time—provided you are not afraid of being harassed, of gossip behind your back, or of being replaced at any time! On the other hand, people who are good at flattering the manager can get away with anything they do wrong～Even if they arrive at work 30 or 40 minutes later than everyone else every day, as long as they stay a little later before leaving, the company will still think they are the most hardworking employees 👏🏻 Meanwhile, the people who simply do their jobs properly are the ones considered to be the problem.
