Colleagues get along well, and there is no infighting or sabotage among the consultants. Whenever there is a problem, everyone will do their utmost to help if you ask for assistance.

Some events are held, such as birthday parties and Christmas parties. There are additional bonuses for drinking at the year-end party.

Salaries are paid on time.

Overtime pay must be applied for one day in advance, and the application is sometimes rejected.

Taking leave or vacation is quite difficult, and you may sometimes be given a hard time. On some days, the entire company is required to take leave (deducted from annual leave).

Some departments are clearly understaffed but are slow to hire additional personnel, resulting in regular overtime. However, it is also not possible to apply for overtime pay every day (there is no explicit rule prohibiting it, but no one does so).
