Normal working hours
The owner of this small company makes many problematic decisions. Departments constantly pass responsibilities around, and employees are often asked by the owner to do work belonging to other positions. The bonuses for the three major holidays and year-end are essentially nonexistent.
When the pandemic hit, the company not only put employees on unpaid leave but also fired the people who were relatively less busy, then required employees to take half the usual leave while taking on the workload of two people. It is also unclear what problems there are with the cash flow, as payments for purchased goods are repeatedly delayed.
Think carefully before joining this company.
