Pros
It's in Kaohsiung's urban area, so it's close to home, and the food nearby is affordable.
Cons
1. Most of the food nearby is not very hygienic.
2. The company does not have a well-established promotion system. It is a company with very little structure, and promotions are entirely based on the preferences of senior management.
