The 6th floor is the sales department. Since it is the company’s showcase, it is beautifully decorated, making it feel impressive and comfortable to work there.
The 7th floor is the production line and is extremely run-down. I heard that seven years ago, there were already plans to renovate the 7th floor, and more than ten teams were invited to inspect it and provide estimates. Yet to this day, the 7th floor still has not been renovated. I believe this is extremely poor management. The interior design companies also put a great deal of effort into planning, investing time, money, and personnel to assess the company’s needs, only to have their efforts disregarded. It also raised the hopes of the colleagues working on the 7th-floor production line for nothing. This sets a very poor example.
