The interviewer was quite friendly.

You have to fill out a lot of information before the interview. The personal information form is very detailed, and you also need to provide a list of references.

You also have to take a series of tests, including aptitude and logic tests. A few days after the interview, HR called again to have me take another aptitude test.

The interview itself was quite pleasant, but I still felt that they place a strong emphasis on aptitude tests.

They also really do call the references and ask very detailed questions.

However, it seems they may not be able to offer a very competitive salary.
