I worked at this company for two years and really liked its corporate culture—it was a place where everyone could speak freely and comfortably. I learned a great deal during those two years and am very grateful to my manager at the time. I remember that during my first interview, the owner said that startups have both advantages and disadvantages, and hoped I would think carefully about whether I really wanted to join. I seriously considered it at the time. The owner mentioned that startups move very quickly and that many systems may still be under development, but that basic rules and procedures were already in place. The advantage is that there is a large stage where you can fully发挥 your abilities. I personally enjoy trying all kinds of new things, so I ultimately decided to join.
I really liked how the company discussed things together. It was not as authoritative or hierarchical as a large company, which is one of the advantages of a startup. I knew that the owners came from the digital industry, so there was no distance between them and the employees. In short, I really liked this company—it was my favorite place I have ever worked!
It was a bit far from my home.
