The supervisor is friendly, and the colleagues are nice.
Cons
Does not comply with the Labor Standards Act
Four days of annual leave in the first year, with one additional day added for each extra year worked (so, five days of annual leave in the second year, and so on)
No year-end bonus
No bonuses for the three major holidays
National holiday periods are not fully observed
