The interview took almost an hour, most of which was spent talking about a bunch of nonsense.

I had to fill out a long list of questions beforehand, but during the interview they asked all the same questions again.

They asked about my previous work experience, going all the way back to junior high school, high school, and university. I could understand wanting to learn about my personality or background, but after I talked for ages, the interviewer still didn't understand and I had to explain it again. It felt more like casual chatting.

When we discussed the actual job, they kept saying they had lots of people, great benefits, and that everyone liked it there, but then offered an extremely low salary.

Even after I declined, they kept asking why I wasn't considering it. Well, the salary was too low—what else could it be? And they still asked.
