The company is pretty good to its employees in some respects. The office is spacious and well-lit, and the restrooms are reasonably clean. It provides equipment such as microwaves and refrigerators, which is quite convenient for people who bring their own lunch. Colleagues within the department get along fairly well. The computers provided for designers have excellent performance, and some of the policies are fairly people-oriented. It has somewhat of an international-company feel. I heard that a contract was signed this year to issue shares.

For people who do not commute by scooter, transportation is somewhat inconvenient. Although there are some places to eat nearby, the selection is limited, so many colleagues order delivery. I heard that there have been some adjustments to the benefits system, but everything listed on 104 is included—it is just those benefits. Certain departments may have some issues, and the turnover rate is somewhat high, but most departments seem fine. The company has not held an employee trip for two years, although that is probably because of the pandemic. There are benefits for the three traditional festivals and so on, but the amounts are not high. I heard the year-end bonus is approximately one month’s salary.
