I worked there several years ago, and the experience was unprecedentedly bad. All the resources went to the veterans, making it very difficult for newcomers to meet their targets. More than a dozen new hires joined at the same time, and all of them left within three months. Even the one who stayed the longest did not work there for more than a year.
