The colleagues are all nice.
The senior executives with decision-making authority never take responsibility for making decisions. They constantly ask frontline employees to provide a great deal of information and hold meeting after meeting without reaching any conclusions, then turn around and blame employees for not managing their time properly. Before many tasks are carried out, no one can predict the outcome, so everyone is expected to brainstorm together before making a decision. The boss's conclusion each time is that either approach could work, and tells employees to think about it again. As a result, everyone keeps working overtime to organize information, but nothing makes any progress. This is a completely inefficient way to communicate!
