The team is harmonious, and all colleagues are friendly.

My workplace is a unit that is not located on the ground floor, so the following suggestions for improvement apply only to that location:

1. One supervisor is a harsh and unusually emotional manager who uses authoritarian management and requires a great deal of flattery.

2. Nitpicking and excessive micromanagement.

3. Endless, lengthy meetings whose content consists entirely of one supervisor’s small talk. They delay employees’ work, yet there is no overtime pay.
