The scope of knowledge and skills learned on the job is very broad. The supervisors and boss do not impose too many restrictions, so there is plenty of room to perform and develop at work. There are occasional business trips.
The colleagues are all very easy to get along with and will do their best to provide help when they can. (Not everyone)
The supervisors and boss are indecisive when it comes to making decisions, or require temporary changes when time is tight, seriously affecting work scheduling and planning. New employee training is very inadequate. The company's product specifications are not fully prepared. For some positions, the scope of work is too broad, covering everything from administration and accounting to sales, while staffing is seriously insufficient.
In addition, because initial training for new employees is very inadequate and there is no handover process, it is often difficult to find someone to ask for help.
