The interview process shows that the salary is just about acceptable, but the job is not worth staying for because it will never exceed 40,000. During the interview, they do not mention the unpaid-leave policy; most of it is concealed. It feels like a company that does not care if you are there or not and does not treat its employees well.
A company with very low pay that cannot offer a monthly salary exceeding 40,000. The benefits are also poor 👎. It frequently puts employees on unpaid leave and, during financial crises, often lays employees off under the pretext of redundancy. A terrible company.
