There are three bonuses, including a year-end bonus
The interviewer did not ask many questions.
They only said that the job involved importing and exporting metal equipment and that I would have to learn everything from scratch. The starting salary was only the minimum wage of 23,000. I interviewed for the position of business assistant. I really could not accept being told that the probationary period was three months, and that there would be no pay at all if I did not work past the probationary period.
The interviewer said that because the company spends money training new employees, probationary employees are not paid
unless they pass the probationary period.
If you cannot make it through the probationary period, you receive no salary at all.
This clearly violates the Labor Standards Act,
so I have absolutely no interest in considering this kind of job.
