1. Low salary, no seasonal bonuses, and only one month of year-end bonus. The welfare committee charges each person $400 per month as a welfare committee fee.
2. Family-owned business that favors its own people. The boss or supervisors shift blame onto frontline employees, maliciously dismiss employees, focus on the person rather than the issue, and make decisions entirely based on the preferences of the boss or the special assistant.
3. Very high turnover and no完善 promotion system. Salaries are not adjusted annually and depend on the mood of the boss or special assistant. Employees are often maliciously dismissed because they are not favored by the special assistant.
4. The business unit leaves work on time, while the administrative units (Management Department, Accounting Department, and Marketing Department) need to work overtime, with no overtime pay or compensatory leave.
5. Human Resources monitors whether employees have opened 104 and calls to ask whether they are dissatisfied with the company.
6. Poor internal atmosphere. Departments shift responsibility to one another during cross-departmental collaboration, and communication and cooperation are generally poor.
