Pros
The sales manager will call you before the interview to chat and make small talk to feel you out. If it feels right, they’ll officially notify you about the interview. The overall impression is pretty good. Sales compensation is between NT$35,000 and NT$38,000, with a fuel subsidy of NT$5 per kilometer and no car allowance.
Cons
The week before your scheduled start date, they tell you that senior management didn’t approve it, so they no longer need you. Uh... what? WTF. I’ve never encountered anything like this in my life. Ridiculous.
